Parts & Service

The Parts & Service department conducts quality control, oversees inventory, vendors, materials, product shipping, and regulatory and certification procedures. This department also maintains operator and equipment manuals, as well as handles all customer inquiries for parts replacement, installation, field questions, service, and troubleshooting. Parts & Service staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for assistance.

Production

The Production department oversees product manufacturing, including building, testing, prototype design, facility maintenance, and ensuring the implementation of all safety and environmental practices.

Research & Development

The Research & Development department is responsible for all research, including implementing studies, collecting and analyzing data, and monitoring frost protection trends and issues. This department also serves as a liaison with academic, government, business, and non-profit organizations. The Research & Development department arranges educational forums, meetings, presentations, and cooperative research projects. Staff members hold graduate degrees from nationally recognized research universities, including the University of Southern California and the University of California at Davis, Riverside, and Los Angeles.

Sales

The Sales department actively drives product sales, including establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, assessing needs, conducting promotional activities, and conducting the Computerized Frost Analyses. Our Sales staff have over 25 years of collective sales experience within the agricultural, engineering, environmental, and financial industries.

Customer Service

The Customer Service department handles all initial inquiries, conducts outreach, maintains accounts, and ensures that all customers receive excellent service. They look forward to talking with you soon!
